Minister Highlights Rehabilitation, Safety and Training Excellence on Praslin

 
On the second day of his Praslin familiarisation visit, Minister James Camille visited the Youth Offenders Facility, where he spent meaningful time with the minors. He engaged with them openly, acknowledging their efforts and progress in rehabilitation. The Minister encouraged them to stay committed to positive change, offering words of guidance, motivation and support as they work towards reintegration and brighter futures.
 
The visit continued at the Seychelles Fire & Rescue Services Agency (SFRSA) Fire Station, where the Minister met with firefighters and received a briefing on their operational capacity, daily challenges and emergency response readiness on Praslin.
 
The Minister also attended the closing ceremony of the Hazardous Material Training, commending all participants for strengthening their specialised skills and contributing to enhanced national safety and resilience.
 
The Ministry extends its appreciation to all teams for their dedication and professionalism throughout the visit.
