Starting the Year with Gratitude: Visits to Officers on Duty

On New Year’s Day, the Principal Secretary for Homeland Security, Ms. Sheryl Vengadasamy, accompanied by the Executive Director of the Ministry of Homeland Security and Civil Affairs Ms. Michelle Sabury, conducted a series of visits to key departments and units to personally extend New Year wishes and express appreciation to officers on duty.
 
The visits included:

  • Beau Vallon Lifeguard Post
  • Glacis Police Station
  • Perseverance Police Station
  • Perseverance Remand Centre
  • Marine Police Headquarters
  • Seychelles Fire & Rescue Services Agency Headquarters
  • Public Order and Tactical Response Unit
  • Anse Aux Pins Police Station
During each visit, officers were wished a Happy New Year and presented with treats as a token of appreciation, in recognition of their dedication and unwavering commitment particularly while serving during the holiday period.
